Are your products in compliance with safety regulations?<\/div>

Our products are ETL certified and bear the ETL mark.
\nOur products are ETL certified (NSF \u2013 8)<\/p>\n<\/div>

Do you offer post-sales support of maintenance, technical and repair services?<\/div>

The wonderful thing about our products is that regular maintenance is not
\nrequired as long as you follow the simple aftercare instruction in your manual.
\nHowever, like all machines, they can be temperamental. Should you run into any
\nissues with your products, we are always here to help. For assistance, please
\ncontact either your AUTEC sales agent or the representative that you purchased
\nfrom.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Do you offer restaurant consultation services?<\/div>

I\u2019d like to view the sushi robots in person. Do you have a showroom?<\/div>

We have two showrooms with our products in display in the United States, both
\navailable by appointment.<\/p>\n

Can\u2019t make a trip out to us? We\u2019d be happy to bring our sushi robots to your
\nstore and conduct a demonstration. Please note this service is dependent on
\nyour location.<\/p>\n

If I lose my product manual can I find it online?<\/div>

Our product manuals are not available online. However, your Autec sales agent
\nwould be happy to send you a digital version via email.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What is the delivery time for my order and do you have expedited shipping?<\/div>

In-stock products are delivered within 5 to 7 days with a from order date to all
\nUnited States locations. Overnight options are available for a fee. Please contact
\nyour Autec sales agent for inquiries on delivery time and shipping methods.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What kind of regular maintenance does your products require?<\/div>

The only regular maintenance our products require is cleaning and coating
\nAUTEC OIL onto parts that touched food after each use.
\nWARNING: Using oils that are not sold or provided by AUTEC such as PAM will
\nresult in machine malfunction.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What kind of warranty does your products come with?<\/div>

Our products are backed with a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering most
\nmechanical defects. Please speak with your Autec sales agent for warranty
\ndetails.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Where are your products made?<\/div>

All products are \u201cMade in Japan\u201d at our factory in Tokyo. Quality is guaranteed!<\/p>\n<\/div>

Where can I get replacement parts?<\/div>

Replacement part(s) are available through Autec and may require the return of
\nthe defected part(s) to our designated locations. Please contact your Autec sales
