The Maki Cutter automatically cuts multiple sushi rolls at once and rolls into 6, 8, 10 or 12 pieces (with different cutter units). Because it was built to mimic the precise top-down movements of a chef’s knife, sushi rolls are cut evenly, cleanly, and without smashing the roll’s circular shape.
Rolls are raised upwards through the cutter unit allowing for multiple rolls to be cut at once and rolls with ingredients on top, such as Rainbow Rolls, to be cut without moving the toppings.
The ASM260A has only 4 removable parts that are easy to disassemble and reassemble to clean.
Different frames which hold different amounts of blades (6, 8, 10, 12 pc) are easily swappable to make different amounts of sushi pieces.
