Eggsalad Omusando by Chef Bez

Watch Chef Behzad of Moosh NYC (mooshnyc.com) cook his Egg Salad Omusando! Featuring sushi robot ASM865A. Omusando is a “sandwich” that has rice and nori (seaweed) to house the fillings instead of bread. The name derives from the Japanese rice ball, “Omusubi” and “Sandwich.” Omusando’s “bread” is created by placing nori upon a rice sheet formed by AUTEC’s sushi robot ASM865A. The filling can be anything that goes well with rice. Take an existing menu item and use it as a filler. The possibilities are endless! The following recipes were conceived by the talented Chef Behzad of Moosh NYC and inspired by his trips to Japan. Video Credit: @ernestohuertajuarez
