SUSHIDELIC redefines the sushi restaurant scene as an immersive Kawaii experience brought to life by Tokyo-born artist Sebastian Masuda. Rooted in Harajuku since 1995, Masuda has pioneered a fusion of art, culture, and fashion with his unique use of vibrant colors and designs. His prominence rose with the Kawaii Monster Café’s international acclaim, placing him at the helm of the Kawaii movement, which has become a vital part of Japan’s cultural fabric. SUSHIDELIC, with its innovative conveyor belt, accommodates 60 to 70 guests, including outdoor seating. The menu, a collaboration with chefs from Japan and New York, offers a variety of sushi and Japanese favorites powered by AUTEC Sushi Robots, complemented by a selection of sake, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
